Policies
MINIMUM ORDERS
There is a $25.00 Minimum Order requirement (excluding UPS and/or
Freight Charges) on all orders.
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special orders are any product which is a non-stock or special size item.
For special orders, payment is required in advance of product production.
Special orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable/refundable.
You will be notified if items in your order are considered to be special order
at time of order placement. "Special order/non-returnable" will be noted on
faxed copy of credit card sales slip for an authorized signature.
A formal quotation will be faxed, emailed, or mailed. An authorized signature
will
be needed on quotation and quotation must be returned prior to proceeding with
order.
BACK ORDER ITEMS
Shipment on back ordered-stock items is typically 2-4 weeks from receipt of
original order. You will be notified of back ordered items at that time.
FORCE MAJEURE
Lift-Rite North Central shall not be liable for any delay in or impairment of
performance resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, labor disruptions,
shortages, inability to procure product, supplies or raw materials, severe
weather conditions or any other circumstances or cause beyond the control of
Lift-Rite North Central in the conduct of its business.
SALES TAX
Buyer is responsible for all local and state sales and use taxes applicable
to all transactions.
DUTIES
Buyer is responsible for all duties applicable to all transactions.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
All returns must be approved by Lift-Rite North Central and must be within
(10) business days from receipt of order.
Return of stock parts will be subject to a restocking charge. A
restocking fee will be waived if a new parts order is placed. However, shipping
charges will not be credited.
Any cancellation must be approved by Lift-Rite North Central and may be subject
to restocking and other charges. No cancellation will be applicable to special
order items.
DAMAGE CLAIMS
All damage claims must be documented as damaged upon receipt from carrier and
Lift-Rite North Central be notified immediately at 1-888-778-5438. You will then
be instructed as to what necessary steps need to be taken.
QUANTITY & ITEM DISPUTES
Lift-Rite North Central must be notified upon receipt of order of any
quantity or item disputes within (2) days from receipt of order. Please have
copy of packing slip available when calling 1-888-778-5438.
WARRANTY
Warranty Procedure:
- Please call Lift-Rite North Central at 1-888-778-5438 with part number
and description of defect.
- We may request you to return defective part for warranty evaluation.
Lift-Rite North Central will send a new part if upon evaluation it deemed to
be defective due to material or workmanship.
- Shipping will be prepaid by Lift-Rite North Central and carrier will be
chosen by Lift-Rite North Central.
